Magic in ye olde England is a mysterious thing. It's capable of everything from killing people to making them fall in love or sickening cows. Merlin himself has a variety of magical abilities attributed to him, and I have listed them as follows.
Communing with demons
Controlling climate/weather
Detecting hidden causes via a sixth sense kind of ability
Enchanting objects
Illusion
Necromancy
Teleportation (large scale or personal)
Transfiguration
Prophecy
Putting people to sleep
Summoning creatures
Summoning elements (darkness, mists, storms, fire, and smoke)
The varying TV shows and movies have also added a few abilities, most of which I don't intend to list because it would literally be endless. For the most part, while I'm using the list above as a basis (minus the necromancy and communing with demons parts), I'm going to be playing it fairly relaxed on the limits of what he can do. I don't intend for him to be godmode unstoppable, but things not included in this list will be discussed with my RP partner for viability depending on the situation.
Things taken from movies and TV:
Telekinesis (Merlin, Sword in the Stone, others)
